MoneyMade's mission is to make alternative investing simple, fun and approachable. By bringing together discovery, portfolio management and community, we make it easy for investors of all experience levels to explore hundreds of alternative assets. Founded in 2020, we are a seed stage company, venture-backed by leading funds and investors in LA, NYC and SF.

Our founders are based in Los Angeles, and we're a remote-first company.

What we're looking for

• Leader — Someone who is capable of completely owning our product development process from conception to launch and leads from behind. This person fully understands that leading by example is far more effective than leading with a title.
• Collaborator — Someone who can work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and our users to develop and steer product roadmap.
• Data Champion — Someone who can define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
• Organizer — Someone who can align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.
• Empathizer — Someone who can put themselves in the shoes of our users and see around corners so that we’re constantly improving the user experience.

Who you are

• A Product Management leader with a minimum 7+ years of experience, mobile app experience a plus
• A technically minded individual that loves to conceptualize and innovate with both qualitative and quantitative data. We’re rapidly building, measuring, and learning from our success and failures. You will help significantly compound this cycle.
• You LOVE talking to users to discover their needs and you’re interested in “looking under the hood” to confirm your hypothesis and assumptions with data.
• You believe that both design and functionality will play a critical role in the product and users experience with Moneymade
• You have a deeply analytical approach to prioritization, problem solving, and product development.
• You’re insatiably curious with a demonstrated passion and understanding of financial markets / fintech
• You’re comfortable crafting product requirements and communicating to engineers with a variety of tools
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills.
