What we're looking for

MoneyMade's growth team is looking for a talented personal finance writer to own content production. The lead writer will define our brand voice, write new articles and improve existing content on our site.

The ideal candidate is a grammar pro who thrives under tight deadlines. This role is right for you if you're eager for impact, passionate about personal finance and driven by a consumer-first mindset. This position is remote and reports to our head of growth, who is based in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Define the MoneyMade brand voice
• Surface new content ideas to grow the business
• Write 10+ high-quality alternative investing articles a month
• Own all editorial content on the MoneyMade website
• Partner with growth team to write engaging copy, from SEO articles to emails, UX writing and beyond

Qualifications

• Passion for personal finance
• Professional experience writing for a digital publication
• You know the difference between a comma splice and an Oxford comma
• SEO background preferred
• Alternative investing knowledge preferred
